Bird Dynamics was founded by Bridie Farrell, survivor, advocate, and a driving force behind numerous laws across the country that allow survivors to seek justice today.
For Bridie, identifying the lawyer all alone was soul crushing. She cold called law firms, repeating her abuse story over and over, because she had no guidance on what information a firm needed to decide whether to accept her as a client. Some firms hung up on her, others did not bother to call back.
What would have been helpful is a tool that prompted her to supply the relevant details of her experience and be matched with a vetted, trauma-informed firm. That is what we provide.
HOW IT WORKS
You do not have to navigate the search for a lawyer alone. Bird Dynamics specializes in connecting survivors with attorneys who are experienced in sexual abuse cases.
Step 1: Submit Your Information
Fill out our intake form at your own pace, in your own time. The questions are specific by design, drawn from the case acceptance criteria of the nation's top plaintiff firms. They are exactly what Bird Dynamics needs to assess whether we can help.
Step 2: Initial Review
If your situation does not meet our current criteria, you will receive an email from us with resources to help you keep moving forward. Even if Bird Dynamics cannot help you today, that is not a no from the legal system.
Step 3: A Conversation
If your submission meets initial review criteria, a member of the Bird Dynamics team will reach out within 7 days to schedule a call. This call is a chance for us to learn more about your situation so we can build your anonymized file and present it to the right firm.
Step 4: Finding Your Match
Bird Dynamics works with a small, carefully vetted group of law firms. We present your anonymized file to those whose focus and experience are the right match for your potential case.
If Bird Dynamics is unable to place your potential case, we will tell you directly and promptly. We will not leave you waiting and wondering.
Step 5: You Have an Attorney
If a firm accepts your potential case, Bird Dynamics contacts you and facilitates the signing of all necessary paperwork. The law firm is committing to you with the information provided. You have an attorney.

Submitting your information to Bird Dynamics is completely free. There is no fee at any stage of our process. Not to submit. Not for the review. Not for the introduction to a law firm.
